Recognise the warning signs

Read the signs below carefully to understand whether gambling is crossing the line from entertainment into a problem.

Spending beyond your set budget and continuing to play repeatedly in order to recover lost money.

Hiding your gambling habit from family and friends and lying or denying it.

Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you cannot play, and constantly thinking about the next bet.

Being unable to focus on daily tasks, studies, or work and prioritising gambling above everything else.

Continuing to bet by taking on debt or borrowing money from others.

Repeatedly failing to stop gambling despite trying and losing control over yourself.

If any of the signs above appear in you, please contact our 24/7 live chat support or use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily stop playing.

Our protection tools

These tools available on the 995bt platform make your responsible betting experience easier.

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once a limit is set, changing it will require a 24-hour waiting period, which protects you from depositing excessively on impulse.

Time-Out

If you need a short break, pause your account for any period from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out you will not be able to bet or make deposits.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break. Once this feature is activated, your account will be completely closed for the specified period and you will not receive any promotional messages either.

Loss Limit

Set in advance how much loss is acceptable to you within a given period. When the limit is reached, you will be warned and play may be automatically restricted.

Reality Check

Pop-up notifications are sent at regular intervals to remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This helps you stay aware.

Closing your account

If you want to close your account completely, contact our support team. We will respect your decision with dignity and act promptly.

The golden rules of responsible betting

Responsible gaming means enjoying entertainment while staying in control. Follow these simple rules before playing at 995bt.

  • Only bet an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your financial life.
  • Set a budget in advance and stick within that limit — keep your greed in check even when you win big.
  • Do not place larger bets to recover lost money — this is the most dangerous habit.
  • Do not bet when you are tired, sad, or under the influence of alcohol — only play with a clear mind.
  • Do not think of betting as a way to earn money — it is entirely a form of entertainment.
  • Take regular breaks and keep time set aside for family, friends, and other hobbies.
  • Stay completely away from taking on debt or borrowing money for gambling.

A time-out is a short-term break (24 hours to 6 weeks), after which you can return to your account normally. Self-exclusion is a long-term measure — during this period your account is completely inactive and no marketing communications are sent. Self-exclusion is more effective for problematic betting.
